Thakur Shri Bankey Bihari Ji
Shri Banke Bihari Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna in the holy city of Vrindavan, Mathura. One of the most revered shrines in the country, this temple is among the 7 temples of Thakur of Vrindavan. Adorning Rajasthani style of architecture, this temple has several arched windows and some stunning stonework. One of the holiest places to worship Lord Krishna, the Banke Bihari Temple is just 10 minutes walk from Triptam hotel.
ISKCON
This beautiful white marble structure is the first temple constructed by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). Built in 1976, this sprawling temple is always vibrant, and the Hare Krishna Hare Rama chants are sure to make your soul sway to a divine rhythm. Devotees are spellbound by the Aarti and Bhagavad Geeta classes held here.
Prem Mandir
A marvel of white marble and intricate carvings, Prem Mandir is considered the most beautiful temple in the entire Brij area. Known as "Temple of God's love", this grand religious place is dedicated to Radha Krishna as well as Sita Ram. The colored water twists and twirls to the tunes of Radha Krishna hymns and are a true audio-visual delight.

Nidhivan
One of the most sacred sites of Vrindavan, Nidhivan is rumoured to still witnesses the rasa-lila (dance) of Radha and Krishna during the night. For this reason, no one is allowed inside the premises after the sun settles down. The forest houses Rang Mahal temple, where in the priest arranges a bed, toothbrushes, saree, bangles, paan leaves, laddoos (sweets) and some holy water in anticipation of the Lord’s visit every night.
Loi Bazaar
Located 2 km from our hotel, Loi Bazaar is home to numerous stores selling all kinds of religious paraphernalia and local handicrafts. The sounds, the sights, the fragrances, all transport one to the old-world charm of the tiny towns of yore. One can buy idols of Radha Krishna, religious artifacts and their costumes and posters.

Govardhan Hill
Lord Krishna raised the Govardhan Hill with one finger as a kid to save his hometown, Mathura, from heavy rains and thunderstorms. As a result, this hill is sacred to all Krishna devotees. First, devotees visit the hill on Guru Purnima and perform the Govardhan Puja post-Diwali. Then, they walk 23 kilometres barefoot around the mountain in a 'parikrama to pay their obeisance.'
Barsana
Approximately 50 km from Vrindavan, Barsana is said to be the birthplace of Radha, Krishna’s divine consort. The town is known for its colorful Lathmar Holi celebrations and the Radha Rani Temple.
